1. No Refund Policy

All purchases on GRADFLIX are final. We do not offer refunds on any subscription plan — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual.

Before subscribing, we encourage you to use GRADFLIX for free — read essays, explore all categories, and understand the platform fully. The free tier is unlimited and requires no credit card. A subscription unlocks RC questions, explanations, score tracking, and the leaderboard. Please subscribe only when you are certain you want access to these features.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately. You retain full access for the remainder of your current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

3. Exceptions

In the case of a verified duplicate charge or a technical error on our end, please write to gradskoolindia@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors promptly.
